Financial Policy

Our policy is that payment is due at the time that services are rendered.

We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards.  Our Front Desk Coordinator will try to alert you in advance about how much you will need to have available for each upcoming appointment.

There are two exceptions to our payment policy:

1. Dental Insurance.  If you have dental insurance that pays its benefits directly to the dentist, we will deduct that portion of our fees expected from your insurance company and you need only pay that portion not covered by your insurance when services are rendered.  If, for any reason, your insurance company fails to pay its benefit within the legally mandated 31 days of submission of the claim, the amount owed will become immediately due from you.  We will assist you in any reasonable way to pursue collection from your insurance company including making a formal complaint to the commissioner of Insurance of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2. Payment Plans.  We have a variety of payment plans available for our patients who are anticipating dental treatment costs in excess of what they can pay during the treatment period.  These plans include no interest plans that allow you up to 18 months to pay your bill.  There are also interest bearing plans that extend the payment period up to five years.
